Front Office Manager
Toni has over 10 years of experience in the dental field and has spent the past three years serving as the front office manager at Stites Dental Care. She manages front office operations, verifies insurance, schedules appointments, presents treatment plans and discusses financial options with patients. Her focus is on creating a welcoming environment and ensuring each patient has a smooth and positive experience.
Emily
Registered Dental Hygienist
Emily has been a valued member of the Stites Dental Care team since May 2015. Originally from Vietnam, she moved to the United States in 1987 and completed both high school and college in lowa. After graduating from dental hygiene school in 1997, she has enjoyed providing compassionate care to patients of all ages.
Kristin
Dental Hygienist
Kristin graduated from UMKC in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. She is passionate about helping patients achieve a healthy, confident smile and her top priority is patient comfort—every dental visit should feel welcoming, supportive and stress-free. She strongly believes that the dentist should be a judgement-free space.
Outside of the office, she is a proud parent of two energetic elementary school kids. At home, she dotes on her family dog. In her downtime, she loves attending her monthly book club and is always welcome to book suggestions!
Marquita
Dental Assistant
Marquita is a dedicated and compassionate dental assistant with over 20 years of experience. She excels in providing exceptional patient care, assisting with complex procedures and performing intra-oral radiography and instrument sterilization with precision. Known for her ability to reduce patient anxiety and promote a comfortable experience, Marquita is proficient in Dentrix software.
Audra
Audra grew up in New Jersey and moved to Missouri in 2006, where she returned to her career in dentistry after spending time at home raising her kids.
Outside of work, Audra is a proud mom of four girls — Staci, Arianna, Audrey and Savannah. She loves cooking and especially baking (Christmas cookie day is a big tradition at her house!). She’s engaged to her forever love, Bill, and enjoys reading her devotional and attending church in Independence.
